There are many busy people who don’t have time to take supplements every day & often forget to take that next serving on time – If this describes you, then the CBD patches are a perfect way to get your CBD without having to fuss about it.
Pure Ratios: CBD Patch (40mg CBD) Up to 96 Hour Usage
Mary’s Nutritionals Elite Transdermal CBD Patches
Let’s talk for just a second about patches. So, CBD can work two ways. It can work from the inside out and from the outside in. When we’re talking about it working from the outside in, that means that it can get into that joint and muscle level, but not necessarily into the bloodstream. So, if you’re someone who is looking for some benefits externally, then patches might be a great choice for you.
I’ve actually got two different options here. This one is from Mary’s Nutritionals. This is a 12 hour patch. You want to put it somewhere (they say in a venous area) that has a flat surface where it can stick. You can’t submerge it in water for long periods of time. It kind of works like a big waterproof band-aid. It’s pretty easy. It’s just got an adhesive backing and it’s square. It’s going to last for about 12 hours.
The other option I have is from Pure Ratios. This patch actually will last 96 hours. They’ve got a time release mechanism that will continually release CBD at a rate of 10 milligrams per day for 4 days. So, this one is circular, it still looks kinda like a big waterproof band-aid. It’s still really easy to use. The added bonus is that they send you a little alcohol patch, so that you can clean the area before applying. Sometimes because the Pure Ratios patch sticks on the skin for 4 days, people can get skin irritations from having that adhesive in the same place for 4 days. So, that’s something to think about. But, the Pure Ratios option has 40 milligrams over 4 days and the Mary’s patch is 10 milligrams over 1 day. So, the same amount of CBD is getting into your system with both, but there are some different added ingredients, so that’s something that you might want to check out.
So, CBD patches are a really easy, great way to figure out if CBD is going to be a topical benefit for you. I hope it helps!
